Since there is a shortage of inventory to buy, people had to rent, which drove up the those rates significantly.As a Phoenix native, I am excited about the boom to our economy and rapid growth.

Good afternoon, looking for my first property in this crazy, (exciting), time.I have been looking for wholesalers to approached about getting a property from them, yet all that I am finding is how to become a wholesaler. 

I’m both super excited and second guessing an accepted offer I put on my very first property, a nice four family building with upside for increased rents and overall value.
