I do rehabs and my properties are very nice and priced right and I factor in 3 months and 6% to sell them, not to mention the few K in concessions I seem to always have to give...Now if you get something at 30% less repairs or a nice house that'll fit the 2% rule the wholesale option is pretty legit.

(ask as a concerned individual) and then when you have found out what flags they are telling people to look for change your copy to highlight the fact that you aren't waving those flags.two ideas:I'd guess that to not be thought of as a scammer, you need to step up the packaging of your letters and use something a little more legit and focus on being a helpful business.Rewrite your copy to not be talking about foreclosures.

You never know when something you put in writing can be turned around on you by an astute lawyer and if this does make it to court, the less evidence her side has, the better; regardless of whether it's legit or not.
