I've run STR/MTR/LTRs and it will be very difficult for you to maintain a solid calendar with only MTRs.But definitely fine-tune your dealings with ABNB....they will ruin you....

This is a definite no for $100 of cash flow when you are 19 and still building up your savings.

@Kevin Breneman  for the IRS there is "imputed interest" so legally you can't charge zero.
