I find my self searching the internet and when I see a property that I like I plug in my numbers and the cash flow just does not seem to be enough.

Then I got on the internet and bought one of those subscriptions so I could look up all of the owners and get their phone numbers.  

I am Lucky that I have a wife that has taken care of me for a half of a day and her boss has been so good that to us and has told her that she has to work there for a half day and work the other half day at home because she is a compuer programmer that has been supporting us and our daughter that is in college at the University of Arkansas that she is paying for because of her frugality and has been saving money for about 25 years.  

Have a property under contract that I'd like to find some comps on that I can't find off the internet.

I think a simple search on the internet would come up with other variations.  

Anyone can play internet adviser but they aren't the one facing potential problems.

The books and the internet are great, and I'd like to expand my knowledge by learning through a current investor as well.
