Since humans are inherently lazy, that's not very difficult to do - but it involves more than scanning Realtor.com for 10 minutes each day and asking BP members if something is a good deal. :)PS: Do not take the title of this post to mean that past performance predicts future performance.

Probably will pass on this one@Bil Casimir after seeing the neighborhood, dress up like a drug dealer and go into all the houses. haha@Brent Coombs The rent is actually a touch low for a 3/2 in this area but it's not in a great neighborhood.

I did a lot of shopping at thrift stores, Craigslist, habitat for humanity etc. to find a lot of what I needed to fix the house.

If not, then I hope you feel you can trust someone who is willing to take advantage of another human being so openly.

They are asking for reductions and commission with back door dealing etc.The brokers/agents quickly learn that buyer is a "wheeler and dealer"  and has no loyalty or is above board and truthful.Do you think a lot of brokers/agents will want to do deals with such a person?

Regarding employment verification, unless you look up the company in the phone book, and call the published number to locate a Human Resources person or a Manager (without asking for the person named as supervisor on the application), you run the risk of getting purely false information.

If you don't want to be actively involved with scumbags that will trash your property; that will sue you; that will occassionally threaten you; that will occassionally be drug dealers; etc, then this business is not for you.

Everytime we leave (we have shared entrances before you enter the unit) He comes out with the kids to talk to us, like hes waiting for human interaction.

Mozilo in a perp walk for several good reasons, but one would have to not know how it goes to actually expect such an event...PS: The last fifty pages are all gov't jibberish, not meant to be read by humans.
