Let me be clear, Derreck has obtained much more education in the lead industry than have I, and he is likely some degree of an expert (whereas I am certainly not), but the following is what I learned on Tuesday from a certified NH trainer who has been doing it since the beginning.

So I decided to pursue a masters degree in property and development in Australia.

I graduated from college with a business degree that emphasized real.  

It's just like getting a college degree - - most get Senioritis (get me out of here) but having paid the dues, they can throw all the obstacles the want in the path & I'm going to reach that finish line :)

Even though I graduated from college with a business degree that emphasized real estate I went to the construction business.

I got a business degree that emphasized real estate.  

I graduated with a general civil engineering degree a year and a half ago and have my EIT and was wondering if anyone has any ideas as to how I could use this degree for real estate investing.

Personally I think educational degrees are the same, you only use 15-20% of what you learn, it would cover all aspects of dev but nothing specific or not only what you need, I'm actually looking for a good program like that, but I would like to only enroll in modules or so.

The problem is I may not qualify for a lower interest rate in a few years, because I will be on student visa for a few years before I finish my PhD degree.

I merely caution a degree of self restraint and inspection when dealing with these large law firms, and I want to educate people that large law firms may not be the best answer (if they didn't advise you of any of this).DISCLAIMER: The above is general legal educational information.
