If you made the change in fuel then you might not have a clean argument in a courtroom to stand on the lease wording. 

The sooner you get the belonging out, the faster you can get your tenant in.

We, as a state, didn't do the full shutdown like many other states did and I wonder if that will ramp up or economy a bit faster than others.OR it may be that other markets dropped fast and will recover fast (the now famous V shape recover).It will be so interesting to look back in 1-5 years and compare different markets.Wishing everyone the best!

I'd actually find a property in a neighborhood under-going revitalization such as Edgewood in DC that will likely be a lower cost to get in and show faster appreciation. 

I recently got my insurance license and intending to start my own online agency but not sure if that will slow down my process in getting a loan since I know a normal W-2 job would probably make the process faster or not.
