The land is on a 20-year lease.Being in WA state, options are limited in my area and homes prices are somewhat out of reach. 

They're both willing to give me what I'm asking for, sign a lease agreement asap, and move it forward as quickly as I'd like.

We decided not to move forward with their service and they charged us $150 dollars for nothing.

I think you will see this much more frequently going forward.

I am located at Central Florida area, and I believe that even with the high prices, higher interest rates and huge supply of real state down here, still out here many great opportunities.The market still hot, we just need to adjust the approach..... at least are my guts feelings.v/r

That will bring the price of gas down on the east coast.

The only other operator within 3 miles would be $5 below the price I would move the rates to and he has been full for the past year.

If there is damage can the price be re-negotiated or can I get out of the contract?
