@April Birdsong There is usually a lead paint disclosure you have your tenants sign stating that there is likely lead paint in the property and they are aware of it and you keep this in your files to cover your rear end.

Hey Ryan, Sellers will potentially tell you on the disclosure statement facts like Age of roof, electrical, HVAC, any history of water leaks in basement, etc.
