I don't want people to feel unsafe, or even worse actually put them in any danger.

You are playing dangerous game here... if you are one day over 60 days the entire amount becomes taxable distribution 

The assumption that there will be a bidding war is a very dangerous one. 99+% of people on the MLS are not interested in anything that wholesalers are dealing with, so the benefit of listing is really low. 

Obviously this is extremely dangerous.

The only real benefit they provide is the convenience of not having to sit at the auction every day.I actually think that using a bidding service is more dangerous than bidding on your own.

As with every other type of construction they would need to meet code for window height, ingress/egress, etc. and therefore; would not be any more dangerous than other construction methods.

Plus, unless we are in a time of rapidly rising interest rates and an explosion of wraparound mortgage sales, there is simply no reason for a lender to worry about this issue.

The most common indoor molds are Cladosporium, Penicillium, Aspergillus, and Alternaria, which are mostly just allergens to those with sensitivities.As for the stain blocking paint idea, that can be a dangerous tactic, even after you have completely dried out the mold.  

I am trying to house hack as well but my family thinks these areas are too dangerous.
