As long as you promote your properties for rent on the main channels, such as Zillow(One of the best, as it crawls quite a few sources), AZ Republic/AZ Central (Heavily read by many PHX residents), East Valley Tribune, Craigslist (inferior, due to scamming and lack of reach, but still works and free), etc, you will generate a lot of interest.

Hello BP Members,I'm hoping to receive some advise about a situation I'm currently in 1 month after closing on my first investment property.I purchased a 4-plex in the DFW, TX area late August this year that is located in a street with four other 4-plex properties.I know that my property and the one next to mine were owned by a single owner but was sold separately.The problem I have run into is about parking spaces.

I was thinking of adding a awning for shade and pavers on ground . since the units are so small this extra space could also fit a table for dining besides making the laundry area shaded .will it help to increase rent ?
