Is it possible (best practices) for finding managing, and ensuring quality work of contractors from afar? 

Looking for recommendations on quality general contractors in the Austin, Killeen, and San Antonio, Texas area.

I can feel the grey hairs growing on my head as we speak (or as I type).

But, generally speaking, as long as there are separate meters, the tenants pay for their own utilities in this area. 

hey Karen what company did you speak to already and which development are you looking at?

I generally will do one showing for a vacancy, and easily have 20-30 people calling they are interested, and 2-5 top quality applications I can select from.I haven't had too many issues with the eviction process, only 2 I had to do in 15 years, and although slow, it was successful and the tenants were out.
