I just purchased a 6 bedroom across the street and I'd like to end up with three listings:-9 Bedroom (both properties)-3 Bedroom (original property)-6 Bedroom (new property)I'm looking for tips from anyone that has successfully done this.

We have our listing in Lakewood, CO set for 30-day minimum stay and do MTR bookings on Airbnb and Furnished Finder.

Since you're a realtor it won't cost you much to list it, and people will pay a lot of money to get a low rate with a higher amount going to the principal than initially.

Do you have an Airbnb listing? 

@Julio Gonzalez I would add profit first for real estate investors to your list of books to read. 

We do get an annual to-do list of some nitpicky things from them, but the payment is always on time, even through COVID.

My intention is to either wholesale the properties or list them on the MLS.

I haven't payed anything upfront so it is not a money issue, more the fact that there are half done jobs left behind and another gc for sure will quote me more to pick those back up.
