It is a townhouse, it is in a reasonable area near a hospital, which is a major employer, but it is more of a working area than a ritzy area.

Look for some type of industry to keep people employed.

Somebody would always yank my chain (an employer)2.

Instead I look for stability in employment, credit, no criminal background and so on.
