Self-directed ROTH IRA What was the outcome?

Those 401k accounts could be rolled into an IRA and tapped separately. 

However, after my last deal using my last dollars from a Self-Directed IRA I’ve officially stalled out if I can’t find some capital.My business partner and I have been calling and emailing multiple private lenders off BP to continue our successful BRRRs strategy, but we can’t seem to get a single person to return a call which is where my ask comes in. 

I would invest about 1/3 in high yield stock (Apple, Berkshire Hathaway, etc) and 1/3 into a Roth IRA and live off the rest.

Hi @Tim Carabine,I recommend you roll your old 401k into an IRA at a financial institution like Schwab, Fidelity, etc.

This property is held under my self directed IRA and is a non-recourse loan. 

I opened a Roth IRA and maxed it out for 2021, but I’d like to use that money as part of my down payment.

Mynreturns are out of this world.I also love to buy some of these properties in one of my self directed ROTH IRA'S  so that I never to pay taxes on these huge gains.I just got 3 more houses ranging in price from 19k to 29k from last year's tax sale.It's still mostly passive for me because I have my handyman fix up the houses then I get them rented for $1000 or more per month.
