I suggest you start by contacting a real estate attorney and start the eviction process so that your claim is in line with the thousands of others when the courts open back up.You should also look into the mortgage forbearance options that you have that seem to allow you to push up to 90 days of mortgage payments to possibly the end of the fixed term of the note.Good luck!

One way of knowing if you can make good money is to know if your state requires a occupational license like Realtors, Electrician, Etc... otherwise any body can claim to be an inspector.

It's not the matter of the $2k in refund, it's asking the IRS to take a closer, deeper look at last year's return because some of your deductions that you claimed weren't warranted and thus you got a better refund than you should have received.
