Are there any better options?

I am currently active duty military and looking for investment options for the property to create a passive income and build wealth.

Buy-and-hold rentals provide a more stable option, with projected annual appreciation of 5-7% and a strong rental market driven by population and job growth.

Always present alternative options Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

But, thats the whole point, its for a rental, I'll be able to have a full set of base cabinets for less than $900.

I guess my point was the ROI was good there based on 2021 home prices, but Matt was talking about looking there in 2024. 

Or will the appraisal just not consider that additional bathroom and bedrooms and based his appraisal with the tax records.
