@Natalie Vane I don't think I would qualify for a home loan on my own because I only work part-time right now and have about 30k in student loans.

Interested in connecting with folks with experience in student housing development, especially in Ohio and Oxford/Miami University...  

Besides catering to Tech students, you have Covenant Health Care in the neighborhood, along with countless doctors offices.

The only guy to get wealthy in that deal is the teacher of the course!

Third, my primary debt (aside from mortgages) is student loans, which is driving up my DTI to the point where it might preclude obtaining a traditional mortgage.  

I have some tenant groups like students that require a little more direction in the application process and I first I thought they were young so maybe they also needed some instruction on the process.

@Jagdish Bajaj  I think it is also worth noting that not all of the faculty, staff, students, administrators, etc. of the Schools and Hospitals in University Circle live or want to live within a 5 mile radius of their respective employer.
