Doing the reno now  I would install one, you can get one for about the same price as the cabinet it will replace and if they don't want one they can store stuff in it.

Wanted to see if anybody on here had any faster ways to do it though.Looks like weekly field trips to hard ware stores are going to become the norm though!

Pier 1 has announced they will be closing 25 stores in the next couple years.

I was in NC a couple years ago and I stopped at a vape store (this really happened) and the Yemeni man at the cash register offered my husband 3 goats and several cows to marry me.
