I will be traveling to that area next week (Thursday Nov, 3 - Sunday Nov, 6) and would love to get together with anyone who has some time to discuss real estate. 

Simple concept but people don't due it because of the cost of traveling and the crazy amount due diligence required.Safest bet is always cash flow but this is not the best area for that.
