Note to Bigger Pockets readers: Pat HAS sent me the pics, he's got them, this is totally real and even nastier than you might imagine.I met some incredibly stupid people teaching, but most consequences for being stupid in renovation are far less forgiving.On the other hand, it's really amazing how many successful construction team leads/foremen, especially on generalist crews, actually do have at least some formal teacher-training and experience.

They will be fearful that you can now see 100% through their ploy with no concern about violating ADA.I just got off the phone with one of their sales/service people, who happened to be a broker too.They helped me setup the account, which was rather painless, and took me 5 minutesOnce I set it up, we discussed the FIDO score and how they handle the verification process.I've already send out one request to a tenant who I believe is being fraudulent, so we will need to wait and see what happens.I like that they have a plug in or something similar, for Appfolio, so this can be integrated with our app.

You will have to finance it through your personal credit which will then affect your credit score.
