It's on a small lake and most regular manufactured homes in the area similar style are renting for about $850 with no lake. 

I know many vets who like me drive truck, and pass random drug tests on a regular basis.

It get the most out of it, set up key word alerts and post regularly.

This forum is not made to promote individual turnkey companies, I am not sure how long this will last before the BP moderators pull it down.I hope you are able to get a good list of companies in the meantime because there are a ton of great turnkey providers here on BP and some are not on BP!!

@Timothy Daniels Timothy I noticed you said you are already in the vacation rental game; we currently own 7 standard buy and hold properties and we are eager to buy a condo in two different VR markets that we travel to regularly . 

I do well with it, However it is not as easy as those promoting would make you think.

When you say, "Sign up with them", does that mean I'm able to get regular, up-to-date feeds from them?  

It is only when I have a regular size screen that the @ sign gets me a list to pick from.

In the Bay Area (San Francisco all the way down to San Jose) I regularly see flips with not much put into it, quick turn-around in 2 months or less and grossing 100K or more.
