Your capex and repairs MiGHT be higher, although they could also be lower if it’s a quality rather than size difference in prices.

It may be frustrating to know that you'll have big ticket items coming, but consider it your version of philanthropy to the city.You take a less than beautiful home, and through quality ownership, make it a better part of the community.

Quality goes a long way.

I get more responses there than Zillow however they aren’t as good of quality but it is a start.  

There is also plenty of risk with outstanding liens, damages, property conditions etc.

If the tenants are coming with them, your parents would have to weigh the quality of the units versus the disruption and annoyance to the tenants.

Hi Intan, I'd be curious to see the listing itself as quality of images and how it compares to other listings available is quite important.

Looking to get some weigh in from some experienced buy and hold investors on this....To give some context - I flip/build homes and keep as many as I can, mostly higher quality homes in good areas. 

@David CozziMost any IRA provider you choose to work with will be a quality organization. 

Personally I have spoken to someone who does photography as a hobby and has put some photos online and done a few photo shoots about taking pictures of my properties as they become available so I will have good quality pictures for advertising purposes as I think this does make a difference.
