No way I would invest in any kind of rental in Seattle.You will find there are a few folks on here that are doing great in the Seattle area so I hope they can come in and provide experiences.

Hi BP folks - With interest rates being low, it seems like a smart move to pursue a fixed rate cash-out refi on a commercial building that is in a suburb near Indianapolis.

I don't have nearly the experience as majority of the folks on here but I'd say yes(to an extent).

There are definitely some folks that invest here in the city and others who invest out of state.
