It was difficult at first to find someone willing to do the smaller jobs.  

Like you mentioned, finding the house is just one part of the job.  

I may need to adjust our calculation based off of 90day schedule and not 60day schedule.

Since I don't know the area in Orlando very well, I have a job that allows me to call anywhere home and the Orlando area is a place that I'd like to invest in due to its proximity to parks and a potential job offer for my significant other.

My job was to install the Pergo floors, paint, and the floor and ceiling molding.
