This bathroom is on a sump pump to pump the waste up to the height it needs to gravity feed into the house’s septic system.During negotiations we had many back and forths about the house and one thing I wish I received written but only heard over the phone was reassurance that the basement bathroom does work, the toilet was just clogged during my inspection.

I also know the police would pick up a vagrant from time to time, and bring them to him, and he would let them sleep in the basement, and even feed them if they needed it and swiftly threw them out by 10 the next morning.

That's not to mean that no one has anything to offer unless asked; I occasionally write blog posts and, of course, respond to posts, with my own personal opinion/facts/insight on things, but if I wanted to be completely honest this really more feeds my own personal need for community and validation than offering ground-breaking insight, as I'm no genius when it comes to this stuff - just a guy who's done reasonably well seeing and taking advantage of opportunities.
