As a contractor I do not pass my discount on to the customer , my discount is something I negotiated with the supplier based on my buying and paying habits .

Not conventionally, but you could do a no seasoning loan that may save you some money if the property is habitable. 30 year amortization is readily available and they're usually done with a 5 year ARM.Otherwise, you'll have to wait at least 6 months for most DSCR loans or conventional.

But it gives you a cap if you want it and since it is not tied to you or to any of your accounts, if it gets stolen, there is no harm done to you.

Aloha,Unless you actually have a place to store them, I would say they would need to store them, wrapped in plastic or a tarp, out of harms way and re-install them at move out so you can confirm condition at that time.
