The insurance challenges = lack of insurance and / or higher premiums / exclusions we see when a roof (whether primary or secondary = usually flat) have less than 3 years of remaining life, as confirmed by a 4 point inspection.

Went through some expected struggles of insuring an older building with Federal Pacific panels and being an out-of-state buyer.

Is that true or can it be a flat amount each person "owns" and therefore is given upon sale?

Right now I’m the owner of a 3 flat  and renting out a bedroom in my own unit I’m an ambitious person and obsessed with learning about the local market.

Some charge just a flat %.
