I guess it always depends on how much money you have, what you want to buy and what your strategy is.

While doing an Airbnb seems like a good idea it does not resolve the issue of the divorce and splitting the propertyI still think your best bet is to drop the price and sell it and start your life over.

Also, for a general partnership, how do we report the taxes.

They do not like doing these complex forms and charge quite a bit for them.

You are AT LEAST 10X more likely to do something personally to get yourself sued than your property is.

I don't agree with this exact order but to be honest and fair, there is more than one way to do it right.
