I was flying high and couldn’t wait to start my journey of becoming financially free through real estate.

I am looking to get into 6-12 units and I find Leominster ( or Worcester ) generally financially attractive.I don’t, however, have any experience in that market in terms of rental outlooks, neighborhoods, Vacancies, help, management companies, snow removals etc..I have looked at many More affordable areas including Lynn, Lowell, City of Worcester - but I find myself somehow pulled towards Leominster.

I'm on that journey that I'm sure many others here are on to one day find financial freedom.

My rational is that he would be financially invested and have more motivation to do a good job and meet deadlines.We agreed to set up an LLC try 3 flips together.

@Michael Glaspie Depends on the size and how quickly the seller can provide a rent roll, leases and financials incl bank statements.

Where are you financially?

I have not reached full financial Independence but live very comfortable in Fresno CA.

Any opinions on what housing will look like 5 years down the road when all of these extra houses are standing?
