You may not think this is such a big deal because if they want to destroy it and live like animals than you would think you could let them.

If you choose to move forward, I would recommend that each tenant signs an agreement holding you harmless from the neighbors animal.

Apparantly the animals from the previous owner did such a good job going where ever that it is hard to even walk into the place. 

If you leave your pets at home, the sheriff will call the pound to pick the animals up and you'll have to pay to get them back.
