My credit is fairly new but I do have a 730 credit score, is this good for loans in the area?

Basically we all have two mortgages on our credit report. 

You could be with your bank for 50 years and if your credit score drops, or you miss a payment or do not show enough income for the debt to income ratios, your not going to get the approval. regardless of how many years you have been using them for checking and savings or even your business account!

It is a full doc loan, so lenders will need to verify you have the DTI to support the line of credit.

Additionally, I really LOVE meeting new people and true hospitality is in my blood.

Credit is fair but not great, I have access to a strong co-signer if I need to.

If they do find out you can always deed it back to the original entity to avoid the due on sale.Make sure you make sure the insurance has the original entity/owner on the policy as the policyholder or additional insured so that doesn't trigger the due on sale when sent to the lender

I charge this as an additional rent each month.

I would approach local banks and credit unions first.
