What I do bring to the table is time, dedication, impeccable research skills, a passion for dry details and an excellent memory, which is a neat party trick and comes in handy way more often than you might think.

We need to be out searching for sellers and walking through properties anyway, it makes complete sense to use our expertise to help buyers and sellers transact as well when you need to put food on the table to survive!

Now, i might be using my education in an unethical way, but i decided to buy paperback versions of the books i have read and i leave them all together (10 total) on the living room coffee table. she hasn't asked me what they are for, but when she does i will tell her this is what i have read so far on REI.

It takes a lot of work and still no guarantees that it’s going to close on time on closing table.

I have found that what we bring to the table as far as our knowledge of the local market outweighs the possible negative stigma of being a real estate agent. 

The problem is not so much the property but the fact that you bring nothing to the table except the property.

Our goal is to find a C class deal (10-40 units) and bring money for the purchase and rehab to another syndicator's table.

(However, not opposed to trips over the mountain when Vail pass isn't blizzard conditions.) 

I'm currently looking for fix and flip deals in SE and SW Atlanta, Decatur, Mableton, Cobb, Stone Mountain and so forth that I can acquire at under 100k and are primarily cosmetic rehabs.
