High vacancy rates, vandalizim, tenants that don't respect anything, etc.I had over 22 doors at one point - all similar to this one.

Yeah its a hassle but I think it makes the tenant respect the property more (not much though) and having a grand or more for repairs is better than nothing if you need it.
