If your boss came over to your house for any reason, asking him not to light up inside is pretty well accepted, asking him to take his shoes off, well, I can't imagine asking that of your boss nor what kind of nut he might think he hired.A little etiquette, I realize that Cali is known for having nuts out there, but it is considered bad manners to ask guests to take off their shoes, I know because it was on the Today show yesterday (LOL) so the host is to furnish them little booties to wear over their shoes or provide slippers/foot wear.

My wife and I moved into a 2007-built home in a newish (post-2000) subdivision about this time last year with the intent of staying there, but after being here for barely a year, the quality of construction (or lack thereof) is making us nuts.

Insurance is nuts....I have 5 duplexes in northern Indiana insured through State Farm at no more than $600 each.

My last rehab (my 2nd) instead of going nuts on demo, I listed a ton of what i considered useless items on Craigslist.

I am honestly stuck between thinking were your actions nice or were your actions nuts!

Those are multi billion dollar companies doing "soup to nuts" services for clients.

I will need to travel to Brazil where I have a Million in paid off properties that I will fix up and begin Selling as their Economy recovers in a few years.

This is my one year anniversary of being on the site I am kind of a nut 3612 posts over 2000 votes ( so some people like what I say) and not one post was a welcome post I leave those to others...

I may invest in Europe or Brazil in my future.
