It sounds like you are on the right track though.Take massive action and I'll see you at the top!

The one thing that everybody says is to just take action.

The good news is the property is in a very good shape!

Joining my local REIA, CFRI was one of the best actions I took.

The seller may try to recover possession of the property through a foreclosure action if the contract has been in effect for five years or more and you have paid more than 20 percent of the purchase price.So selling on land contract has greater repossession abilities in case of default for the seller-owner-vendor.
