My understanding with this is they are generally responsible for rent collection, tenant management, repairs & maintenance (small landscaping, supervision of subcontractors - which I approve and the bill is then send to me), maintaining records and such.Being my first month with my first property I was a bit surprised to see the 8% fee in addition to-Meet electrician for repairs and updates to fire alarm. 1.5 hours- $50Trip and installation charge for unit 1 window (without cost of materials)- $35Repair broken handrails (without cost of materials)- $30Cut and trim, clean loose debris- $35Unit 4 late rent collection (time contacting, travel to meet)- $25This adds $175 to the 8% ... my question is- what then is the 8% for?

talked to them... the collection that appears on both reports is medical for their kid, so that's why it appears on both.one is a fitness center, she tried to cancel, but they did not let her. i know that's true because i had the same issue with them 15 yrs ago.then they had insurance bills not routed correctly, so the ins company thought they are not paying them on purpose..everything checked out, so they might be the ones.oh, i am getting 2 yrs out of the deal, so my realtor did well. she is a little "spacy", but finds good people..

For instance, I'm more accepting/lenient when it's a medical bill in collections because those type of expenses are typically unexpected and can be very overwhelming for many people.
