That makes it worth much less than the face value.If this were in the US, and assuming your mortgage is the most senior one (I'm guessing it may not be) and if the land is really worth $15 million (dubious about that, too), then you could foreclosure.

My best guess as to the value of the unit in today's market would be a minimum $550K (3 similar units have sold for between $550K and $650K in the last 3 months).
