To get the numbers for the rehab, I called around for quotes on the areas of the property that needed work and the areas I could do myself, I went to hardware stores in the area and added up the material cost from there!

Usually they are ran under the house and out the shortest route possible.You can go to a big box store and buy the long brush to stick in there or if you have a little while to air the house out, a quicker method is to take your leaf blower and blow it out.
