my goal is to get a list of people who have mortgages with any home lender. i am trying to find groups of people who have not paid there mortgage for x amount of time because if they are in financial distressed and if they don't fix there financial situation with the property after x amount of time then they will loose the property, that is what i mean't when i said root to mortgagethe indicator is that the person might be in financial distressed and the mortgage will soon followi have a problem im not sure who im suppose to talk to about this topic, but my best guess would be to speak with a loan officer perhaps maybe the loan officer might give me clues as to where i can try and find this indicator or the root of all mortgages is just a group of random people who have not been paying there mortgage for x amount of time.
