Hi,, The house at the end of my street is abandoned, in chapter 13, condemned and the owners were hoarders.  

I talked to the person selling the contract and they mentioned that those hud loans have to be paid at year 2051 or if you sell or refinance the house. 

I don't want to take out a personal loan if I can help it.
