And don’t get me wrong with greater size comes more rehab, more upkeep or maintenance costs and we sure as heck also appreciate great 1800 sqft brick Tutors or Colonial deals in the heart of some of the better zip codes like 48224, 48227, 48219, 48234 etc etc...

If they complain about prying eyes (or call you a fascist lol), tell them they're free to reside elsewhere.Also, I'd tell you in a heart beat that they were the best tenants ever if it meant getting a headache out of my life.
