So I went on the inspection of my very first investment property this morning.

I’m going to be walking through a potential property tomorrow morning, but what I do know upfront is that there is a need to install a new septic system which will run roughly between $30-$35,000.

I work right down the street from the property so I plan to swing by this morning and check it out!
