@Ota Odibo That really sucks, this weekends event is going to be filled with tons of great information for all types of investors but work is work and for some people the money from work is worth more than the knowledge they would learn so to each their own.We try to have an event every Sunday (That we can) and every week the information is usually different or a continuation of the previous weeks talk.

Some you may need to add are maintenance, advertising, utilities, leasing fee (if you'll be paying someone to fill the units), and city inspection fees (fire, occupancy, etc).
