I find it difficult to believe that you would have any difficulty obtaining an attorney or that the attorney would cost anywhere near the 50k investment, ket alone the supposed 330k that he claims you are currently owed, or the value of his other assets.

The flip side to that is the difficulty to collectI would pursue the judgement as the cost is low.
