If that is not enough remember that courts sit in both equity and in law. 

Bought a property at FC auction at the court house and recorded the deed.

I probably could have taken them to court and gotten some money for it, but this saved me a ton of stress in an already stressful time.

I hope I am not hi-jacking this thread but I noticed another recent listing come up....3-4 Klondike Court....and 5-6 Klondike...Seems also to be close to college and buildings look well maintained...also seems to be within a cluster of similar buildings...Any thoughts on these?....

Either way, if you are investigated, don't think for a minute your plan will actually hold up in court or against any other review.

His proposed bill sounds like it would get struck down by the courts fairly easily. 

State governments have closed landlord tenant courts.

They can have some great ideas how to avoid probate court.

@Clark Coffey I don't get off my couch to show a unit until I get a completed application with uploads of DL and paycheck stubs and I run court records.
