It’s been fun learning everything that comes with the territory being a new investor.

I don't think this'll be the best buying opportunity of a lifetime, that was 2010 and I had a lot of fun back then, but there will be a few opportunities here and there resulting from this. 

I am actually the Property Manager for The Rent Experts and after some time in the business decided I should get in on the fun as well!

I also learned that growth/progress gives you the biggest joy and why not have fun on your journey and enjoy the actual PROCESS instead of putting all attention on the end result.

., new kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring, removed the hallway carpet and installed an epoxy floor system - lots of fun and exciting upgrades!
