I don't fully understand the fees/expenses associated with being a real estate agent part time and only acting as my agent.

These same thermostats also have an auto temperature decrease function which brings the heat down to 68 degrees if the thermostat is not touched for 3 hours.

However, I will say with an FHA, and the work history you have will pose an issue unless the job you have is based on a degree you got from college, in which case the year of schooling will count towards "work history."

I look for single family properties that I can flip to my RE Team at Keller Williams or that I can BRRRR with my Management Company, SI Associates.

Have you considered joining a local real estate investors association like Baltimore REIA or MAREIA?

We were able to have our Management Company, SI Associates, secure a terrific tenant, we refinanced 100% of our funds back out + additional funds towards the next project.

@Michelle BackerYes you can get fha for a condo but the association needs to be approved for FHA financing.

Although, I thought condemning the property results in termination of any associated leases.
