Yes they have amor going up where I bought mine also.

A few days later their realtor reached out to mine and made a more "let's meet somewhere in the middle" offer. 

I'm looking to take risks to build wealth, have about $300k to make moves with (and gaining access to $2-4M is probable with syndication) so a more aggressive approach is preferred.
