Additionally, any future referrals, whether contractors to agents, I am open to hearing it all. 

Demo started in the beginning a March and took around 75 days of renovation to completion (Longer than usual four our renovations but we had some contractor issues).

Solid contractors / wholesalers / lenders will be next.

Books, podcasts, mentors and training are a great way to get initial knowledge, but without understanding how to find/id deals, PMs and contractors in the specific market that you are targeting, there is still a large knowledge gap.

Hi Anna, I am a licensed contractor located in South Florida.

Our contractor said that he would pour concrete to fill up the cracks, which he did.

I don't want to get in over my head, I have contractors coming to look at the property to give me estimates, I still have time to back out of the deal if the scope of work is more than anticipated, or possibly negotiate the price of the property. 

I have also flipped over 100 properties as a contractor  I should of obtained financing from the beginning instead of using all our own funds. 

At very least, I can refer you to great local resources (brokers, attorneys, contractors, etc.) to help you take this one down!
